POURED WAX VIDEOGRAPHY

Traces of use is common theme which has frequently come up during my design thesis research into subjects such as materiality and movement/human activity. To document and better understand how the movements of people can be recorded in the imprints they leave in materials and the built environment, I created a video piece to reflect the traces of use on the poured wax handle created recently. Beneath is a working draft of the video described above.
