Below is the finished video with the sound piece in the background. The finished video allows snapshots of the piece on site to be shown however I feel there is still further to explore in terms of understanding the way sound and space are directly linked. The external noises as well as the volume of the speaker that I had available made the mapping of sound much more difficult than I had originally planned for. This gave me a slight insight into Chris Downey's comments about how the outside world is significantly more difficult to navigate when blind due to so many variable audio conditions.
The next step, I would say, would be to play the piece indoors around/beside a range of materials to try to map the internal effects of material and space on sound.
